At Attack Strength, we train for more than physical fitness — we train for life.
Through disciplined coaching, a strong community, and relentless pursuit of progress, we prepare you to meet every challenge head-on.
Attack Strength was born in a small Army barracks room in Vilseck, Germany — a place where the walls were white cinder blocks, the floors were bare, and the view was nothing but rows of identical brick buildings. Inside those confining walls, our founder, Taylor, made a decision: to be the best soldier — and the best version of himself — he could possibly be.
That mission started with discipline. Taylor applied the same relentless focus he used in the military to his education, graduating with honors from SUNY Cortland with a degree in Kinesiology. He went on to earn the Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) credential through the National Strength and Conditioning Association — one of the highest standards in the field.
At Attack Strength, we believe that working out is the easy part. The real challenge, and the real transformation, comes from the dedication to make your goals a top priority.
It’s about choosing, every day, to be a little bit better than you were yesterday.
